    不靠谱的考察&更不靠谱的报告

    个人认为,菖蒲河公园被建成的意义更甚于其规划设计的方法与技巧。“菖蒲河是故宫水系的一部分,与内城护城河水系、六海水系、外城护城河水系相连通”,因此《北京历史文化名城保护规划》将之纳入了河道恢复规划。由于城市用地性质的改变而掩埋于地下的河涌水系,消失的不仅是一条溪水,更多的是地区的历史与人文,而历史人文背后的自然地理力量总会让忽视它的人们付出代价。无怪乎宫崎峻的《千与千寻》在具有悠久城市营建传统的欧洲获得巨大反响,其中的“忘川”引起了多少欧洲人对他们的莱茵河与塞纳河的记忆。城市水系整治恢复的结果除了所谓的文化的复苏,更深远的是顺应了地区的地理特性,巩固了生态结构的稳定性,清洁了环境,削减了污染甚至是疾病的传播,而这一切工作的结果不过恰好以绿地的面目出现罢了。

    考察团访问学习的6日,适逢北京地区40年来入夏的最高温。在北方扑面而来的炎热与干燥中,穿行于园林佳境之间,不由得想起同为文明古国的古巴比伦、埃及与印度的园林。在发源上,花园林苑都有为了躲避酷热而在建筑与户外之间构建通长的回廊,修筑引流甘泉的清渠,以及栽植遮蔽烈日的林木。这脉源流在世界范围内影响了西方乃至东方的造园,直至今日。作为园林绿化工作者,尤其是居于广州这个深受亚热带季风气候影响的城市,对所谓园林、绿化在现代城市中的作用,在此次考察中或应有更客观的视角与思考。
     
    以上是6月底北京园林之行后的考察报告节选,被对我还算宽容的老大认为比较不靠谱,小鱼“深刻”反思了一通,删掉了大半,改之以公文,勉强过关。现将不靠谱的一部分分享一下,纪念我还不算太颓废的工作。
